The chance of getting the minimum allotment

Where a category is oversubscribed, the registrar draws lots: each successful application gets the minimum and no more. So the chance is the number of minimum applications the category can fill, divided by the applications received.

Non-institutional, above ₹10 lakh1,449 shares · ₹10,04,1571,516not publishedevery application-

Arithmetic on the bid book, not a view on the shares. Where applications are not published, the figure is a floor ("at least"): shares bid ÷ the minimum application is the most applications there can be. Invalid and duplicate bids are removed before the draw, so the real ratio is usually better. The minimum application is at the upper end of the price band. Method: how the chance is worked out.

Basis of allotment

The actual result after rejections, as the registrar published it. The ratio is for the minimum application; larger applications had their own ratios.
