About Sodhani Academy of Fintech Enablers: business, products and customers

Sodhani Academy of Fintech Enablers runs courses and sessions that teach money, banking and stock market skills to students, graduates, homemakers and small investors, online and in classrooms. Its shares trade on BSE SME.

The company, based in Jaipur and known as SAFE, sells courses on the stock market, fundamental and technical analysis, mutual funds and insurance, and digital banking, through live online classes, recorded modules on its own app and learning system, offline seminars and certificate programmes. It also runs school and college programmes such as the National Financial Literacy Olympiad and the Masti Ki Pathshala sessions, and a course for women called Grah Laxmi. It names the Government of Rajasthan, BSE Institute and the BFSI Sector Skill Council among its partners, and says it has trained more than 50,000 learners.

Almost all revenue is fees for learning, training and consultancy; placement fees, a new line, were a small part in FY26. Because it sells teaching rather than goods, there is no stock, almost nothing owed by customers and no borrowing.

Read more about the business

The reported profit is shaped as much by the company's own portfolio as by its courses. Most of its assets are listed shares and mutual funds, and gains from selling them made up over a third of total income in FY26; as those gains fell, profit fell even though course fees rose a little. The annual report does not name any listed company in the same line of work.

The company was formed in 2009 as Sodhani Financial Consultants, listed on BSE SME in September 2024 and opened branches in Bangalore and Guwahati in FY25, alongside an office in Mumbai. In September 2026 it paid ₹1.0 cr for a 1% stake in CredArc Technologies, a company formed in June 2026.

From the FY26 and FY25 annual reports (directors' report, management discussion and analysis, financial statements) and the exchange announcement of 18 September 2026.

Is it a good business? Six questions

Each answer is about that one question, read from the documents; tap one for the evidence. Not a view on the shares.

The company earns course and training fees for teaching personal finance and market skills, and needs little money to do it.

Its weak spot is that much of its profit comes from trading its own share and fund portfolio rather than from teaching.

AverageCan it set its own prices?Course fees held up in FY26, but the company itself lists low public interest in skill courses and rising competition as threats.
The evidence. Learning, training and consultancy income was ₹3.3 cr against ₹3.5 cr in FY25; the annual report names low awareness of skill based education and competition from global edtech players and new entrants.Annual report FY26, p.94 and p.52
AverageHow strong is it against rivals? It leans on partnerships with public bodies and local language teaching to stand apart, but entry into this field is easy.
The evidence. The company points to vernacular content, local delivery and partnerships with BSE Institute, the BFSI Sector Skill Council and government bodies as its answer to competition.Annual report FY26, p.52; annual report FY25, p.37
AverageWho are its customers? Many individual learners and institutions, with some work tied to government programmes.
The evidence. Its audience is students, fresh graduates, homemakers and aspiring retail investors; it lists dependence on government backed initiatives as a risk and the Rajasthan government partnership as a model.Annual report FY26, p.28, p.51 and p.52
StrongDoes it need a lot of money?Teaching needs little capital: there is no stock, no debt and almost nothing owed by customers.
The evidence. Trade receivables were nil and borrowings nil at March 2026; property and equipment was ₹1.4 cr against total assets of ₹17.1 cr.Annual report FY26, p.81 and p.54
AverageCan it keep finding new work?It is adding branches, school programmes and placement work, but gives no dated targets.
The evidence. New branches in Bangalore and Guwahati in FY25, placement income of ₹0.30 cr in FY26 and plans for new cities, advanced courses and regional language content.Annual report FY25, p.38; annual report FY26, p.28 and p.94
WatchDo good and bad years swing a lot?Course fees have been steadier than profit, which rises and falls with gains on the share and fund portfolio.
The evidence. Gains on sale of shares and mutual funds were ₹3.0 cr in FY25 and ₹2.2 cr in FY26, against operating revenue of ₹3.5 cr and ₹3.6 cr.Annual report FY26, p.94
