About Bikewo Green Tech: business, products and customers

Bikewo Green Tech began as a dealer of electric scooters and now mostly runs last mile parcel deliveries for online shopping and logistics companies, getting paid for each delivery made. It is based in Hyderabad and its shares trade on NSE Emerge.

Bikewo started as a multi brand dealer of electric two wheelers, giving franchises to dealers and supplying vehicles from makers such as PuR Energy and Bounce. In FY26 it moved into last mile logistics: it supplies vehicles, riders and fleet operations to companies that need parcels carried to the customer's door. The auditor now lists three revenue streams: vehicle trading, service income from dealership fees and tour operator work, and last mile delivery.

The delivery model shapes the numbers. Bikewo is paid for each completed delivery and books the full amount as revenue, while riders, vehicles and running costs sit in cost of services, so revenue jumps but the spread kept on each rupee is thin. Because almost all of FY26 revenue came from services, it cannot be compared with earlier years, when most revenue was the resale of vehicles.

Read more about the business

After March 2026 the company has signed many memoranda of understanding: fleet deployment with Hala Mobility and Evify, a majority stake in Enlite EV Care, electric tractors with Moonrider, and a look at warehousing in Hyderabad. It also bought a minority stake in Ignitium Services, a fuel delivery and energy business, and won estimated contracts from Reliance Industries' Bio Energy Division to hire out and run electric tractors. Most of these are non binding or exploratory, and the annual report says they did not contribute to FY26 results.

The offer document describes a fragmented industry of large established players and small niche players, with no entry barriers, where Bikewo competes on timely delivery and lower cost. The documents name no listed peers.

From the offer document (prospectus, 2024), the annual report 2025-26, the investor presentation of September 2026 and the company's announcements of July to September 2026.

In its favour

  • Sales have grown fast: 38% a year over three years.
  • It brings in more cash than it shows as profit: ₹9.9 cr against ₹3.3 cr in FY26.
  • It has little debt for its size: debt to equity 0.15.

To watch

  • Whether the Reliance electric tractor contracts, estimated to run to July 2033, turn into actual billing (Announcement, 16 September 2026).
  • Definitive agreements, if any, for the Hala Mobility and Evify first phase fleets (Announcements, 13 and 19 August 2026).
  • How the company funds its plans, after shareholders approved a warrant issue in July 2026 and the annual report said it is evaluating capital raising (Press release, 23 July 2026; Annual report 2025-26, p.44).
  • Its indicative aim to move to the main board, targeted for December 2027 (Investor presentation, September 2026, p.4).
  • Customers take longer to pay than before: 100 days in FY26, against 29 in FY21.

Bikewo Green Tech debt and cash flow

Balance sheet · Cash flow · Working capital

The company's own money, its net worth, has grown. It borrowed much more last year. Its loans are smaller than its own money. Last year the business brought in more cash than it showed as profit. It spent more on assets and investments than the business brought in, and raised the rest from loans or shares. Customers take longer to pay than they did in FY24, which ties up more of the company's money in unpaid bills.

The company's own statements, attributed, set against what it later reported; not newboard's estimates

The company says it is building an integrated energy and mobility platform around its delivery business, adding fleet leasing, charging, vehicle servicing, warehousing and technology through partnerships and acquisitions, and that it is evaluating ways to raise capital. It has announced estimated Reliance contracts running to July 2033 and proposed first phase fleet deployments with Hala Mobility and Evify, each subject to definitive agreements. Its September 2026 presentation sets an indicative aim of moving to the main board, with eligibility expected in September 2027 and migration targeted for December 2027.

Is it a good business? Six questions

Each answer is about that one question, read from the documents; tap one for the evidence. Not a view on the shares.

Bikewo now earns most of its money carrying parcels for other companies, keeping a small margin between what it is paid per delivery and what riders and vehicles cost.

Its weak spots are a thin margin in an open, cost driven market, unnamed customers, and a long list of new ventures that need money the company does not yet have.

WatchCan it set its own prices? It wins work on low cost, and most of what it is paid goes straight out again on riders and vehicles.
The evidence. The offer document says it competes on timely delivery and lower cost. Cost of services took about 86.5% of service income in FY26.Offer document, p.223; Annual report 2025-26, p.79
WatchHow strong is it against rivals?Anyone can enter its market, and the company describes competition as likely to grow.
The evidence. The offer document calls the industry fragmented, with no entry barriers, and says competition is expected to increase.Offer document, p.223
WatchWho are its customers? The delivery customers are not named, and the company itself flags the risk of depending on a few large ones.
The evidence. The annual report lists customer concentration as a risk from large enterprise relationships. The largest named contract, from Reliance, is not binding on Reliance.Annual report 2025-26, p.41; Announcement, 16 September 2026, p.2
WatchDoes it need a lot of money? The fleet, energy and warehousing plans need far more capital than the company holds, and it is looking at raising more.
The evidence. The annual report names capital intensity and funding as risks and says the company is evaluating capital raising. Cash was ₹0.85 cr at March 2026, against a ₹16.0 cr Ignitium stake approved in August 2026.Annual report 2025-26, p.41, p.44 and p.64; Announcement, 18 August 2026, p.1
AverageCan it keep finding new work?It signs new partnerships often, but almost all are memoranda or estimates rather than firm orders.
The evidence. Since July 2026 it has announced MoUs with Hala Mobility, Evify, Enlite EV Care and Moonrider and estimated Reliance contracts; each release says terms are subject to definitive agreements or are not binding.Announcements, 13 August 2026, p.3; 19 August 2026, p.3; 16 September 2026, p.2
WatchDo good and bad years swing a lot?The business has changed so much in one year that past results say little about the next ones.
The evidence. Revenue moved from mostly vehicle resale in FY25 to mostly services in FY26, and the annual report says new initiatives did not contribute to FY26.Annual report 2025-26, p.40 and p.79
