SME IPOs where promoters keep the most after the issue
In which IPOs do the promoters hold the largest share of the company after the issue?
83 SME IPOs newboard has studied give this figure in their offer documents. The median promoter holding after the issue is 65.7%, and the middle half run from 59.5% to 70.6%. Swid Renewables is first, at 100%.
Ranked on 4 Oct 2026; the first 50 of 83 are shown. The list moves as studies are added.
How this list is ranked
The promoters' (and, where the study states it so, the promoter group's) share of the company after the issue, from the shareholding the offer document gives before and after. A list ranks the issues by one figure from each offer document. It places them; it says nothing about whether any of the shares is worth owning.
