About Adcounty Media India: business, products and customers

AdCounty Media runs online ad campaigns for brands and media agencies, paying apps, websites and ad networks for ad space and charging clients for each install, lead, sale or click it delivers. Its shares trade on BSE SME.

AdCounty Media India was set up in Jaipur in 2017 and works business to business, for brands and media agencies. It pays apps, websites, ad networks and social platforms for ad space and charges clients for results: a fee for each app install, lead, sale or click, or a commission on deposits made in gaming apps. It also earns from ads on its own websites and apps and runs programmatic platforms such as BidCounty, Opsis Pro, iSearchAds and Adaxx Pro.

Because the company pays for the media it places, revenue counts the full value of each campaign and close to three fifths of it goes straight out as the cost of traded media; profit is the gap between the two, less salaries and overheads. Clients owed the company far more at March 2026 than it owed its own suppliers, so growth ties up cash, and the auditor named these receivables a key audit matter. In FY26 the company also carried its software development spending as an asset under development, so that spending did not pass through the year's expenses.

Read more about the business

The offer document says most of its lead generation clients come from banking, finance and insurance, travel, cars and real estate, and names work for Zepto, Paisabazaar, ShareChat and Fi.money; the top ten customers brought about three quarters of FY25 revenue, led by the agency Interactive Avenues. Companies linked to the promoters, Surfer Technologies, Athena Media Technologies and Netsetgo Media, have been both customers and suppliers of media. Sales in India grew in FY26 while export sales fell.

Since listing in July 2025 the company has set up AdCounty Global Media in Dubai, paid ₹10 cr for a 99.95% stake in Adaxx Adtech & Media LLP and, in October 2026, agreed to bring Dailymotion's video advertising to Indian advertisers. The offer document describes competition as fragmented, with local and international rivals, and names Affle India and DAPS Advertising as peers.

From the offer document (2025), the FY25 and FY26 annual reports and the press release of 8 October 2026.

  • Trade and any loans with Netsetgo Media and Surfer Technologies under limits of ₹5 cr each put to the AGM of 28 September 2026, which cover granting and availing of unsecured loans (Annual report FY26, p.156 to p.157 and p.166 to p.175).
  • The Enforcement Directorate's appeals in the Rajasthan High Court involving Innovana Thinklabs and Chandan Garg, pending at the time of the offer document (Offer document, p.289 to p.290).
  • What the ₹25.3 cr of software under development earns once in use, and revenue from Adaxx Pro, Opsis Pro, iSearchAds and the Dailymotion partnership (Annual report FY26, p.7 to p.8 and p.131; Press release, 8 October 2026).
  • Customers take longer to pay than before: 193 days in FY26, against 80 in FY20.

Adcounty Media India debt and cash flow

Balance sheet · Cash flow · Working capital

The company's own money, its net worth, has grown fast. It borrowed much more last year. Its loans are smaller than its own money. Last year the business used more cash than it brought in. It spent more on assets and investments than the business brought in, and raised the rest from loans or shares. Customers take longer to pay than they did in FY24, which ties up more of the company's money in unpaid bills.

Is it a good business? Six questions

Each answer is about that one question, read from the documents; tap one for the evidence. Not a view on the shares.

AdCounty keeps the gap between what advertisers pay for results and what it pays for media, and that gap widened after it dropped low-margin clients.

Its weak spots are a few large clients, slow payment from them, and trade with companies linked to its promoters.

AverageCan it set its own prices?Partly. Margins rose when it moved away from low-margin clients, but large clients in India pay lower margins.
The evidence. The offer document says FY25 revenue rose because the company cut low-margin clients and focused on high-margin ones, and that domestic sales to larger clients came at relatively lower margins.Offer document, p.275
WatchHow strong is it against rivals? It is a small firm in a crowded market and depends on large platforms and publishers for the media it places.
The evidence. The offer document calls competition fragmented and intense, from local and international players; the FY26 annual report lists dependence on technology platforms and publishers among its risks.Offer document, p.173; Annual report FY26, p.42
WatchWho are its customers?A few agencies and finance firms bring most of the sales, and companies linked to the promoters have been large customers.
The evidence. Top ten customers were 76.94% of FY25 revenue, led by Interactive Avenues at 20.66%; one customer brought ₹17.5 cr in FY26; sales to Surfer Technologies, Athena Media and Netsetgo Media were ₹12.1 cr in FY25.Offer document, p.168; Annual report FY26, p.28 and p.92
WatchDoes it need a lot of money? It has no plant, but clients pay slowly and it is building software, so the money raised has gone into receivables, deposits and software.
The evidence. Receivables were ₹45.5 cr and software under development ₹25.3 cr at March 2026; consolidated cash from operations was negative ₹10.9 cr in FY26.Annual report FY26, p.110 and p.114
AverageCan it keep finding new work?Sales have grown for two years and new products and a video partnership have been added, but the documents show no order book or contracted work.
The evidence. Revenue was ₹42.7 cr in FY24, ₹68.9 cr in FY25 and ₹86.1 cr in FY26; the Dailymotion collaboration was announced on 8 October 2026.Offer document, p.118; Annual report FY26, p.9; Press release, 8 October 2026, p.2
WatchDo good and bad years swing a lot?Yes. Ad budgets move with the economy, and revenue fell by a fifth in FY24 before rising again.
The evidence. Revenue from operations was ₹53.6 cr in FY23 and ₹42.7 cr in FY24, a fall of 20.36%.Offer document, p.118
