About DUDIGITAL GLOBAL: business, products and customers

DUDigital Global runs visa and consular application centres for embassies and for India's foreign ministry, taking in forms, fingerprints and fees and passing them to the mission. It also checks documents for embassies, helps workers find jobs abroad and sets up companies in the UAE, and its shares trade on NSE Emerge.

The core work is the counter between an applicant and an embassy: receiving visa, passport and other consular applications, checking documents, taking biometrics, collecting the fee for the government and returning the passport. The company says it does not decide who gets a visa. It runs centres for the embassies of the UAE, Bangladesh, Thailand, Malaysia, Georgia, South Korea, Greece, Morocco and Kuwait, and Indian consular centres in Seoul, Bangkok, Chiang Mai and, since FY27, Kuwait.

Contracts are won by tender, the Indian foreign ministry ones as the lowest bidder, and the company earns a service charge per application plus extras that applicants choose, such as doorstep biometrics, lounge access and prime time slots. Centre costs (rent, staff, technology) are mostly fixed, so profit depends on how many applications each centre handles. Much of the revenue is earned abroad through subsidiaries in the UAE, Bangladesh, Thailand and Korea, and bills owed to those subsidiaries are large against sales.

Read more about the business

Smaller lines include DuVerify, a document and identity checking platform used for the embassies of Georgia and South Korea; Global Access, a licensed overseas recruitment and trade testing service; and UAE company formation and Golden Visa help.

The company names VFS Global, BLS International and TLScontact as the leading operators in visa outsourcing, with Almaviva, IVS Global and Global Visa Center World also competing; BLS International is the listed company doing the same work. Its own annual report cites industry estimates giving VFS Global about half the market.

  • Completion of the sale of OSC Global Processing and DuDigital Worldwide to promoter Rajinder Rai (Board meeting outcome, 1 September 2026, p.2).

DUDIGITAL GLOBAL debt and cash flow

Balance sheet · Cash flow · Working capital

The company's own money, its net worth, has grown. It borrowed much more last year. Its loans are smaller than its own money. Last year the business brought in more cash than it showed as profit. It spent more on assets and investments than the business brought in, and raised the rest from loans or shares. Customers take longer to pay than they did in FY24, which ties up more of the company's money in unpaid bills.

The company's own statements, attributed, set against what it later reported; not newboard's estimates

The company says it will fill its new Seoul and Bangkok centres toward target use, keep operations steady in disrupted places such as Bangladesh, turn pre-qualified bids into multi-year contracts, grow DuVerify and paid extras, and collect foreign receivables faster. In Kuwait, the company says a court ordered a fresh tender and it is working on a three month interim contract.

Is it a good business? Six questions

Each answer is about that one question, read from the documents; tap one for the evidence. Not a view on the shares.

DUDigital Global earns a fee on each visa or consular application its centres handle for a handful of embassies and India's foreign ministry.

Its weak spots are lowest bid contracts that must be won again, few clients, large bills owed abroad, and profit that leans on other income.

WatchCan it set its own prices? Not on the main fee, which is set by winning the lowest bid; only the optional extras sold to applicants are priced by the company.
The evidence. The Seoul, Thailand and Kuwait contracts were each won as the L1 bidder; the company lists prime time slots, lounge access and doorstep services as extras.Annual report FY26, p.70 and p.104; Order announcement, 22 April 2026, p.1
AverageHow strong is it against rivals?Government tenders keep small newcomers out, but the company is far smaller than the leaders it bids against.
The evidence. The company calls entry barriers high and cites industry estimates giving VFS Global about half the market and BLS International and TLScontact about a tenth each.Annual report FY26, p.98 and p.99
WatchWho are its customers?A few governments and missions award the work, and applicants pay the fees, so losing one contract matters.
The evidence. The company reports four government or mission clients in FY26 and lists tender loss or non-renewal as its first risk.Annual report FY26, p.103 and p.104
WatchDoes it need a lot of money?Centres need fit-out and staff before applicants come, and a large share of what it bills is still owed, much of it abroad.
The evidence. Consolidated receivables were ₹40.8 cr at March 2026 against revenue of ₹54.7 cr; auditors highlighted ₹30.5 cr owed to foreign subsidiaries.Annual report FY26, p.102
AverageCan it keep finding new work?It has won new Indian mission contracts in Korea, Thailand and Kuwait and renewed the Thai embassy work, but the Kuwait award was reopened in court.
The evidence. The Kuwait contract was announced as three years; a fresh tender was ordered and an interim contract of three months followed.Annual report FY26, p.5 and p.71
WatchDo good and bad years swing a lot?Yes. Travel rules, politics and the timing of new centres move volumes and profit from one half to the next.
The evidence. The company names geopolitical and travel risk and disruption in Bangladesh; the standalone business swung from profit in the first half of FY26 to a loss in the second.Annual report FY26, p.104 and p.105; FY26 results filing, 24 June 2026, p.7
