About Credent Connect N Care: business, products and customers
Credent Connect N Care collects and carries blood samples, test kits and other medical goods for diagnostic labs, hospitals and drug companies, and supplies trained staff who work inside those labs and hospitals. Its shares trade on NSE Emerge.
Credent Connect N Care started in Delhi in 2015 with a small team of field staff. It now moves diagnostic samples from homes and collection centres to labs under temperature control, carries reagents from makers' depots to labs, and places phlebotomists, lab technicians and paramedical staff at client sites. It also runs health camps for companies under the C3 Wellness name and a courier booking platform called C3 Post.
Its customers are diagnostic lab chains, test kit makers, drug companies, hospitals and clinics. In FY26 healthcare services gave the largest share of sales, followed by logistics and stationed operations teams; Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh were the two biggest states. The company owns a fleet of vehicles and works from rented warehouses and branch offices in Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai and Varanasi.
Read more about the business
What is new: during FY26 the company bought three companies, Credent Healthcare, Credent Team and Alltrak Technologies, from its promoters and its chief operating officer, and it says most of the jump in FY26 sales came from adding them. The shares listed on NSE Emerge in August 2026, and the offer document says most of the money raised is for working capital.
From the red herring prospectus (August 2026) and the FY26 annual report.

Credent Connect N Care debt and cash flow
Balance sheet · Cash flow · Working capitalThe company's own money, its net worth, has grown fast. It borrowed much more last year. Its loans are smaller than its own money. Last year the business used more cash than it brought in. It spent more on assets and investments than the business brought in, and raised the rest from loans or shares. Customers take longer to pay than they did in FY23, which ties up more of the company's money in unpaid bills.

What the company said, and what happened
The company's own statements, attributed, set against what it later reported; not newboard's estimates
The company has no order book; it bills clients each month for staff, sample runs and routes. The offer document sets out how the money raised in the August 2026 issue is to be spent across FY27 and FY28: working capital for the company and for its subsidiary Credent Healthcare, machinery for Credent Healthcare, and repayment of some loans. The company says it plans to add warehousing and long-distance healthcare logistics for existing clients and to reach smaller cities.
Is it a good business? Six questions
Each answer is about that one question, read from the documents; tap one for the evidence. Not a view on the shares.
Credent Connect N Care earns its money by sending people and vehicles to do sample collection and transport work for labs and hospitals, billed every month.
Its weak spots are a handful of large customers with no firm contracts, a lot of money tied up in unpaid bills, and a recent jump in size that came from buying companies owned by insiders.
WatchCan it set its own prices? Not much. Large lab chains can push for lower rates when contracts come up for renewal, while wages and fuel costs keep rising.
AverageHow strong is it against rivals? It has quality certificates, a wide network of labs and staff already placed inside clients, but the work itself is people and transport that rivals can also offer.
WatchWho are its customers?A few large customers give most of the sales, and none has signed a firm long-term commitment.
WatchDoes it need a lot of money? It needs few factories, but a lot of cash is tied up in bills that clients have not yet paid, so growth eats working capital.
AverageCan it keep finding new work?Clients come back each month and the number of labs it works with keeps growing, but the biggest recent gain came from buying companies.
AverageDo good and bad years swing a lot?Sales lean towards the second half of each year, and because staff and vehicle costs are fixed, a weak first half can hurt profit.
