About Prizor Viztech: business, products and customers
Prizor Viztech makes CCTV cameras and video recorders under its own Prizor brand at its factory in Gandhinagar, and sells them through dealers and distributors across India. It also sells Prizor branded LED televisions, monitors and touch panels made for it by other factories, and its shares trade on NSE Emerge.
Prizor Viztech, founded in 2017, assembles analog, IP and AI-enabled CCTV cameras along with the recorders and accessories that go with them. It sells mainly to distributors, dealers and installers, who fit the cameras in shops, offices, schools, factories and public places; in FY24 business customers gave 93.39% of revenue. Since 2022 it has also sold LED televisions, monitors and touch panels under its brand, made by outside partners.
Its products carry BIS-ER registration from an STQC certified lab, which every camera sold in India must now have, and it added ten CCTV models in June 2026 and ten 4MP IP dome and bullet models in September 2026. Cameras made up most of the jump in FY26 sales, while display products fell in the second half.

From the red herring prospectus (July 2024), the November 2025 and April 2026 investor presentations, the FY26 results filing and the company's exchange announcements of April, June, July and September 2026.

Prizor Viztech debt and cash flow
Balance sheet · Cash flow · Working capitalThe company's own money, its net worth, has grown fast. It borrowed much more last year. Its loans are smaller than its own money. Last year the business brought in less cash than it showed as profit, so part of the profit is still to be collected. It spent more on assets and investments than the business brought in, and raised the rest from loans or shares. Customers take about as long to pay as they did in FY24.
Bars below the line are cash going out.

What the company said, and what happened
The company's own statements, attributed, set against what it later reported; not newboard's estimates
The company does not state an order book. In its April 2026 presentation it says the factory can be expanded to 40 lakh cameras a year with little extra spending, and that it is working with IndieSemic on its own camera chip. In November 2025 it guided for revenue growth of 70% to 80% in FY26 and said it expected sales to rise quickly once its STQC certification came through.
| What management said | When | What happened |
|---|---|---|
| Revenue growth of 70% to 80% for FY26 | Nov 2025 presentation | Revenue more than doubled in FY26 |
| STQC certification expected very soon | Nov 2025 presentation | BIS-ER certified by the April 2026 presentation, with 20 more models added in June and September 2026 |
Is it a good business? Six questions
Each answer is about that one question, read from the documents; tap one for the evidence. Not a view on the shares.
Prizor Viztech earns its money assembling its own brand of CCTV cameras and selling them through a wide dealer network, and it gained sharply once rules shut out uncertified foreign cameras.
Its weak spots are that rivals can win the same certificate, sales depend on dealers who can switch brands, and a lot of money sits in stock and unpaid bills.
AverageCan it set its own prices?Margins have held steady while sales doubled, helped by certification that keeps some foreign cameras out, but the company competes on price with other certified makers.
AverageHow strong is it against rivals? Its certified models and its long-built dealer network give it a head start, but certification is open to any maker that passes the tests.
WatchWho are its customers?Sales go mostly to dealers and distributors rather than end users, and a few of them have taken a large share.
WatchDoes it need a lot of money? The plant itself needs little spending, but growth has tied up a lot of cash in stock and money owed by dealers, paid for with short term loans.
AverageCan it keep finding new work?It keeps adding certified models, new products and capacity, but it sells order by order to dealers with no order book.
WatchDo good and bad years swing a lot?Sales jumped once the new rules took hold, and the company says government buying picks up in the second half, so halves can look very different.
