About ANB Metal Cast: business, products and customers
ANB Metal Cast makes aluminium sections by pushing hot aluminium through shaped dies, and sells them as motor bodies, window, railing, kitchen and solar profiles to manufacturers, almost all in Gujarat. Its shares trade on NSE Emerge.
ANB Metal Cast was set up in 2019 and runs one plant of about 50,000 sq. ft. in Rajkot, Gujarat, where it turns mostly aluminium scrap into extruded sections. Its products include motor bodies, pressure die cast motor bodies, hardware, kitchen, railing and window profiles, round bars and solar profiles, made to customers' drawings with dies the company owns.
It also machines, assembles and finishes parts on CNC and VMC machines, so some customers receive a ready part rather than a plain section. Buyers are makers of electrical, electronic, automobile, solar, engineering and building products, and almost all sales are in Gujarat with no exports.
Read more about the business

ANB Metal Cast debt and cash flow
Balance sheet · Cash flow · Working capitalThe company's own money, its net worth, has grown fast. Its loans are smaller than its own money. Last year the business used more cash than it brought in. It spent more on assets and investments than the business brought in, and raised the rest from loans or shares. Customers take longer to pay than they did in FY24, which ties up more of the company's money in unpaid bills.
Bars below the line are cash going out.

What the company said, and what happened
The company's own statements, attributed, set against what it later reported; not newboard's estimates
The prospectus set ₹13.7 cr of the IPO money for adding a floor and new plant and machinery at the Rajkot plant. In September 2026 the board proposed raising the borrowing limit to ₹300 cr, citing business growth and expansion plans, and renaming the company ANB Limited to suit present and proposed diversified business activities.
Is it a good business? Six questions
Each answer is about that one question, read from the documents; tap one for the evidence. Not a view on the shares.
ANB Metal Cast earns a margin for turning aluminium into custom sections and machined parts for a small group of manufacturers in Gujarat.
Its weak spots are that a few customers and suppliers make up most of its trade, metal prices move its costs, and growth has tied up a lot of money in stock.
WatchCan it set its own prices? Not much. Many extruders compete on price, and higher aluminium costs cannot always be passed on straight away.
AverageHow strong is it against rivals? Its own dies, machining and quality checks let it supply finished custom parts, but it is a single regional plant in a crowded trade.
WatchWho are its customers?A handful of manufacturers, almost all in Gujarat, take most of its output, and the company says the reliance limits its bargaining power.
WatchDoes it need a lot of money?Yes. The plant needs little money, but stock and money owed by customers have grown fast, so cash went out of the business in the latest year.
AverageCan it keep finding new work?Customers have kept ordering more each year and the plant is being enlarged, but there is no order book and sales are order by order.
WatchDo good and bad years swing a lot?Demand follows building, car, electrical and solar makers, and metal price moves change costs and the value of stock.
